C-burner
cabinet type smokers

These great photos were sent by fellow smoker Rod Grasor.  He needed a C-burner for this frig conversion, but in a little smaller pan than we had been using.  So we built an Afterburner into a meatloaf pan, as you'll see in a bit.  It worked so well that we redesigned the C-burner into what's called a "Brownie Pan".  It's approximately 7" X 11" and is quite sturdy.  Note the nice little cart that holds the propane tank.  These old frig/freezers make excellent meat smokers.  They're extremely efficient, have a lot of shelf space, and don't take up much room at all.                       Click on any thumbnail on the right, and it will blow up in the center of the screen.  Use the NEXT link after that
